Welcome to Luke Conway Photography

Photography, for me, is about capturing real moments as they happen. Whether I'm photographing a bustling city street, a community event, or a dramatic landscape from above, my aim is always the same—to tell honest stories through images.

I'm Luke Conway, a self-taught photographer based in Lancashire, regularly travelling across Manchester and the North West with both my Canon camera and drone. My passion lies in documenting places, people and events in a natural, authentic way.

My Journey

My photography journey began with drones. I was fascinated by seeing familiar places from a completely different perspective and quickly fell in love with aerial photography.

As my confidence grew, I picked up a Canon camera and discovered a new passion for street and documentary photography. Today I enjoy combining both ground and aerial photography to create unique visual stories that show the world from every angle.

Everything I've learned has come through experience, practice and curiosity. I haven't followed a traditional path into photography, but I believe that has helped me develop my own style and approach.

My Style

My photography is relaxed, honest and people-focused.

Rather than heavily posed images, I prefer to capture real emotions, genuine interactions and moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. Whether I'm photographing from street level or hundreds of feet in the air, I always look for images that tell a story.
