Christmas A4 Print Giveaway 2026 – Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for the Luke Conway Photography Christmas giveaway.

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Luke Conway Photography, operated by Luke Conway.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway will open in November 2026 and close at 23:59 GMT on 30 November 2026. One winner will be selected at random and announced on 1 December 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Northern Ireland.
Employees of Luke Conway Photography and anyone directly involved in organising the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive one free A4 photographic print of their choice from the prints available on the Luke Conway Photography website at the time of claiming the prize.

The prize is for one unframed A4 print only.
Free standard shipping is included.
Framing, upgrades, additional products and other purchases are excluded.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
The winning print must be selected from the available A4 prints on the website.

5. How to Enter

Entry instructions will be provided in the original giveaway announcement on the relevant social media platform. Entrants must follow those instructions and comply with these terms and conditions to qualify.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the giveaway closes. The winner will be announced on 1 December 2026 via the social media account hosting the giveaway and may also be contacted directly through that platform.

The winner must respond within seven days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, or cannot be contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

7. Claiming the Prize and Delivery

The winner must provide a valid email address and full shipping address to allow the prize to be processed and delivered.

These details will be used as necessary to administer the giveaway, arrange fulfilment and communicate with the winner about their prize, in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

The prize will be dispatched using the standard shipping method available for the giveaway. Delivery times may vary, and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

8. General Conditions

Luke Conway Photography reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, duplicated or otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions.

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform on which it may be advertised.

9. Data Protection

Personal information provided by the winner will be handled in accordance with the Luke Conway Photography privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation. The winner's contact and delivery details will not be added to marketing mailing lists as a result of entering or winning this giveaway unless they separately consent to marketing.
