These terms apply to all Luke Conway Photography digital gift cards purchased through danconwayphotography.com.
1. Validity
Gift cards expire 2 years from the date of issue. If you have any unused balance once the expiry date has passed you will be unable to apply it to future orders.
2. Where to Use
Gift cards are valid for use only on lukeconwayphotography.co.uk and can only be redeemed against print purchases. They are not valid for bookings, digital downloads, or services.
3. Delivery
All gift cards are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. No physical card will be issued.
4. Non-Transferable
Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat your gift card code like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or deleted codes and cannot reissue them.
7. Geographic Restriction
Gift cards are available for use by UK residents only and can only be redeemed for orders with UK delivery addresses.
8. Use at Checkout
To redeem your gift card, enter the code at checkout. The balance will be applied to your print order total. If your order exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remainder with another payment method.
