This giveaway is organised by Luke Conway Photography, operated by Luke Conway (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

1. Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2. Entrants must be genuine residents of England, Scotland or Wales and have a delivery address in one of those territories.
3. Residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not eligible to enter.
4. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, or anyone directly involved in administering this giveaway, are not eligible.
5. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, identity or residence before awarding the prize.

3. How to enter

To enter, an eligible participant must complete the following steps on the official Luke Conway Photography Facebook giveaway post:

1. Leave a comment on the original giveaway post.
2. Ensure the comment is submitted before the closing date and time.

Liking the post, tagging a friend and sharing the post are welcome but optional and are not conditions of entry.

No purchase or payment is necessary. Entry is free.

Only entries submitted directly to the original giveaway post will be accepted. Comments on copied posts, third-party posts or unrelated content will not qualify.

4. Entry limits and disqualification

1. One entry is permitted per individual and Facebook account.
2. Where an individual submits multiple comments, only their first valid entry will count.
3. Entries submitted after 23:59 UK time on 31 October 2026 will not be accepted.
4. Entries made through fake accounts, automated systems, impersonation, fraudulent activity or other attempts to manipulate the draw may be disqualified.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entries that do not comply with these terms, acting reasonably and consistently.

5. The prize

1. There is one prize: one Manchester 2027 calendar produced by Luke Conway Photography.
2. Tracked delivery to one eligible address in England, Scotland or Wales is included at no additional cost to the winner.
3. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not redeemable for another product.
4. The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter will not substitute it with an inferior prize or withdraw it merely because entry numbers are low.
5. The prize must be claimed and delivered in accordance with these terms.

6. Winner selection and announcement

1. The giveaway closes at 23:59 UK time on 31 October 2026.
2. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible, valid entries received before the closing deadline.
3. The draw will be conducted fairly, and the Promoter will retain a record of the selection process.
4. The winner will be announced on 1 November 2026 via the official Luke Conway Photography Facebook page, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
5. The winner may also be contacted privately through Facebook. The Promoter will never require the winner to pay a fee to claim the prize.
6. The Promoter's decision on the administration of the draw is final, subject to applicable law.

7. Contacting the winner and claiming the prize

1. The selected winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 calendar days of the initial notification.
2. The winner will be asked to provide a valid email address and full delivery address privately, solely to arrange prize fulfilment and related communications.
3. The winner must provide accurate information and confirm eligibility if reasonably requested.
4. If the winner does not respond within the specified period, is ineligible, declines the prize or cannot reasonably be contacted, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection method.
5. Delivery will be arranged after the winner's details have been received and verified. Tracking information may be shared with the winner.

8. Privacy and personal information

The Promoter will process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and the Promoter's privacy policy.

For entrants, public Facebook comments may be visible to other Facebook users. Entrants should not post private contact or delivery information publicly.

The winner's email address and delivery address will be collected privately and used only as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, contact the winner, arrange delivery, maintain appropriate records and meet legal obligations.

The winner's details will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis. Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and any applicable legal obligations.

Where personal information is processed by a postal or delivery provider, it will be shared only to the extent needed to fulfil the prize.

9. Publicity

The Promoter will announce the winner using their Facebook display name or other limited identifying information reasonably necessary to communicate the result.

The winner's full name, email address and delivery address will not be published as part of the announcement. Any additional publicity involving the winner will be subject to their agreement where required by law.

10. Facebook disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, each participant releases Facebook and Meta from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter, not to Facebook or Meta.

Facebook and Meta have no responsibility for the operation, administration or fulfilment of this giveaway.

11. Liability and changes

The Promoter will take reasonable care in administering the giveaway. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that fail to arrive, are deleted, are delayed or cannot be accessed because of technical issues outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make changes or cancellation unavoidable, the Promoter may make proportionate changes where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Any material change will be communicated through the official Facebook page.

The Promoter will not use this clause to unfairly withhold the advertised prize or change the closing date simply because of low participation.

12. General terms

1. By entering, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. These terms apply alongside applicable UK law and the relevant Facebook platform terms and policies.
3. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
4. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that participants may have.
5. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply.
